Hello #Loves and I am a day behind on the #MercuryDirect phase! There is a pretty good article that talks about #MercuryRetrograde here and a calendar at this site. I always laugh because when tech things get all crapped up or things are going especially haywire, I always check if we are in a Mercury Retrograde. #HumpDay Loves! Had PT this morning... knee was screaming at an 8 this morning. It was hurtin'! Managed to pack a couple more boxes but spent the day chilling out. I don't want to overdo the knee more than needed and set me back. If the bod says chill, I need to chill!

I am already improving at PT - I'll be glad to get these staples out of my knee next week! It's been really nice literally not having anything to do. I do get a little antsy, but I'm kinda liking not having daily work stress!
