Greetings Loves! I never realized how much the 9to5 drains me and causes me pain. Literally, I have been dealing for days with migraine and TN attacks. Today it's at the nausea/vomit point. I have tried so many things, the latest Nerivio (kind of like a tens unit) and I am still not getting relief. I just want to find something that works. I know there's no magic pills or devices, but the pain is wearing me down, along with the stress of the energy vampire of the 9to5. Being

#SelfCareSunday - I am one who needs to heed my own advice some days - well, okay most of the days LOL. Tomorrow is D-Day and back to the grind of the 9to5. I need to jump on making calls for the commercial storefront. DH and I found some yesterday, not exactly in the place I would like, but to start it would work. Waiting to see how rentals come up for houses. Submitted an application at least for now. I just wish there was a comment area for me to to type what is going on.

I was trying to find the one pack of beef or chicken to make something in the crock pot to use up the veggies... yeah, can't find 'em! I'll have to dig a little better later LOL.
