I am hoping maybe it will start to ease up once I get these staples out... it already feels weird walking considering it's been 30 years since the injury. I haven't walked right since then! I'm gonna feel like I am walking wrong when it heals! I'm just ready to have a knee that works!

It's #MagickalMonday! So, if I were not on leave, I'd most likely be working on Juneteenth with my dearest co-worker. I miss her so very much and I have only been off since Thursday! She checked in on me the day after my surgery and I absolutely adore her! She is one of those peeps that I couldn't ask for anyone better to be in my life! She is one of the few that is in my life and I am so very glad and fortunate to have her in my life! She is one of the few that I can trust.

Been doing a lot of #SelfCare lately so it's not just #SelfCareSunday for me! My knee hurts!!! Hopefully it will work better once healed. I actually have cleaners coming in to help clean the house up since I can't, plus the folks and DS are coming in town. Then I have my initial physical therapy next week - hopefully I can do more at home stuff and not have to go in person as much!

#SellItSaturday #SmallBusinessSaturday I am still promoting despite the store being on vacation. ETSY store will be closed through August at this time. Stay tuned as I may get it open sooner. All depends on my surgery recovery, the house stuff, store stuff, etc.

Yayyyyyyy! Getting #ThankfulThursday on Thursday! I will say I am pooped out though! SO I am thankful that I made it through surgery ok and with all teeth (that are left) are intact! Only had two people and four pokes; so that is all better than my last experience at that hospital! Only one poke blew the vein, which is that huge bruise on my arm, but I'll take it! Right now, I am non-weight bearing for a couple weeks but I am hoping that my foot heals enough to bear some wei

#WonderfulWednesday was in fact wonderful for me! It was my last day at the 9to5 for a few weeks. So at this point, I must enjoy my time away despite the pain from surgery. That I will write tonight as well since it is #ThankfulThursday technically! But, I want to make sure I am doing my part for subscribers to write for each day, even though I do combine at times.

Yesterday (Monday because I am writing this on Tuesday) was a much needed coffee day. Why you ask? Well, there was a company wide outage and yours truly was the only one out of the whole region that was able to work. Literally, hours of everyone else not being able to work and getting paid... and here's me - for once - had everything still working and I was punching work out. Totally weird but eventually everyone was able to get back online.

#SelfCareSunday So my self care Sunday was spending time at the wedding expo with DD. It was actually pretty fun and she won quite a few of the raffles entered! Got a ton of ideas and stuff too! I was pooped by the time I got home though! I missed the realtor but luckily she stayed and I got to chat with her. Had fantastic conversation also!!
